The Dodge County Small Animal Project Building Committee has been formed to raise funding for the construction of a NEW small animal building at the Dodge County Fairgrounds. The need for a new building has become more and more apparent as the years have passed. As such, we are asking all our 4-H friends to support this project and consider a monetary donation. We have used the grant money received from the Farm Technology Days to get this project started. With the $10,000 as our starting point, we have hired our contractor to begin in the spring of 2012. Our hope is to have this building up and running by next year’s fair. We will also be coordinating a few fundraisers and a Trivia Night in March to fund this project and look forward to your support.

Our goal is to raise $100,000.

We thank you in advance for all of your support, whether it is through direct monetary donations or by supporting our fundraisers and Trivia Night event. We as a committee are eager to attend any meetings to further explain and discuss our plans for the Small Animal Project Building.

We are looking for major contributors to be the cornerstones of this building. This building will serve all 4-H youth and FFA members who are our future leaders of tomorrow within Dodge County.

So please, support the Small Animal Building Project!

If you have any questions, please call Sarah Nehls at (920) 485-0142 or email kszsc@sbcglobal.net or Beth Wollin at (920) 925-3067 or email firkus@core.com.

Sincerely,

The Small Animal Project Building Committee
