Trivia Night to benefit Small Animal Building

The Dodge County Small Animal Building Committee will be hosting the 2nd Annual Community Trivia Night on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at the Dodgeland High School. Funds raised at the trivia night will go towards finishing the Small Animal Building at the Dodge County Fairgrounds. There are several opportunities to support this great event; round sponsorship, raffle items, silent auction items and door prizes. You can even show guinea pigs at the Dodge County Fair! Frozen Food Sale to benefit Small Animal Building

The Dodge County Small Animal Building Committee has raised the roof on a new building at the Dodge County Fairgrounds for small animal projects which includes goats, poultry and rabbits. The committee is working towards raising the last $40,000 to complete the building. There are several fundraising opportunities to help finish this great project. First is the frozen food fundraiser which starts mid February and ends March 5th. A variety of bulk pack frozen foods are available for pre-order, stock your freezer and support a great project. Print and complete the Dodge County Small Animal Frozen Food Sale form and mail to Beth Wollin, N954 Cty Rd R, Watertown, WI 53098 by March 5th. 4-H Leader’s Association Silent Auction

The Dodge County 4-H Leader’s Association will be holding a Silent Auction to raise money for fairgrounds improvement and the NEW Small Animal Building. The auction runs throughout the fair, August 15-19, and closes at 4PM on Sunday. Auction items are donated by the 4-H clubs and friends of 4-H. Included in the list of items are Milwaukee Bucks tickets, autographed Bucks and Packers memorabilia, handmade crafts, and season tickets for the 2013 Dodge County Fair. Trivia Night at the Dodgeland High School   What: 10 Rounds of 10 Questions for your team to answer When: 7:00pm, Saturday, March 24, 2012 Doors open at 5:00pm – food will be served Where: Gym at Dodgeland High School, Juneau, WI Why: To have fun testing your trivia knowledge while enjoying a night of fun and games with friends and help the Dodge County Small Animal Building Committee raise money for a new building at the Dodge County Fairgrounds. There are usually 10 rounds with 10 questions in each round. The teams are groups of eight players and when a question is read, they answer by writing their answers on the round sheet. Each round of 10 questions has its own answer sheet. Round sponsors will have their advertising listed on one of the round answer sheets. Bulk Pack Frozen Fruit & Vegetable Sale Download Order Form and Instructions The Dodge County Small Animal Project Building Committee has been formed to raise funding for the construction of a NEW small animal building at the Dodge County Fairgrounds. The need for a new building has become more and more apparent as the years have passed. As such, we are asking all our 4-H friends to support this project and consider a monetary donation. We have used the grant money received from the Farm Technology Days to get this project started. With the $10,000 as our starting point, we have hired our contractor to begin in the spring of 2012. Our hope is to have this building up and running by next year’s fair. We will also be coordinating a few fundraisers and a Trivia Night in March to fund this project and look forward to your support.
